Imperfect

I see my imperfect self. Even manufactured product may have certain defective rate found though it is low rate.

For human, we normally name it as weakness; for product, we called it flaw. Imperfect leads us to make perfect. Throughout making perfect process, we learn to go experiment. Then we earn experience.

Outstanding can relate with bold, striking and noticeable.

Outstanding can come from conversation, a simple term that attracts audience attention; a term that impress others; a term that inspire someone and etc.

Outstanding can be discovered from your simple behaviour. You can call it unique, different from others in terms of style, outlook, charisma and so on.

As far as among those green colours, you are the only red colour. This, I conclude - outstanding.
