Cake always represent happy, especially celebration. One of my favourite cake :-)
Have you ever wonder why we normally have cake during birthday celebration? :-) I personally think it's a mixture of cultures. We can have cake as tea time or any occassion that enable us to feel comfortable and happy with :-)
Oh, don't think about the cream and fat. Else this stops you enjoying cake. Take extra miles to run if you feel "guilty" :-P After all, enjoy your session with cake.
